The Workout of the Day is specifically designed to get you as fit as possible without the need to spend hours in the gym training. Our goal is to improve your strength, gymnastics, and engine all at the same time. Life does not have an "off-season", and neither do we.

10-9-8-7-6-5 reps for time:
Kettlebell Snatch
Box Jump

*Done as 10 KB Snatch R-arm, 10 KB Snatch L-arm, 10 Box Jumps, then 9's, then 8's, etc, etc.
*You choose KB load & box height.
