    10 min amrap:

    5 135lb hang cleans
    10 push-ups
    15 squats

    9/17/13 215 reps
    12/29/13 242 reps
    5/3/14 271 reps
    8/1/14 304 reps
    3/26/15 332 reps
    5/5/15 330 reps
    7/7/15 333 reps

    10 squats

    Him and Dan Bailey did 5 rounds not for time, I think it would make a killer AMRAP or interval piece.

    Min 3 – 15 KB swings @ 24kg

  • I programmed this for myself today based on your EMOM for 30 mins. 1 Snatch @ 80%:
    EMOM for 30 mins. 1 C&J @ 80%. I did it for 20 minutes to save some juice for 16.2.
