19:20, ttb made the runs feel like someone stocked me in the gut
17:47 (Rx) Love Kettlebell Swings and T2B, and of course the elegance of the programming.
19:28 as RX’d (much tougher than it looked). I used a fat grip bar for the TTB. Lower back trashed from DLs yesterday, which made the runs super slow.
