  • not much time today, but forced myself to do it. I put 40 minutes on the clock and warmed up with 500m row and 30kbs. I scaled dl to 135lbs and subbed military press at 85lbs for hand stand pushups. got this done in 12:59.

    Did 135 for first set of dl and then 155 for the remaining 4 sets. tough to finish, but finished right under 40minutes!
