Hello, going to start following the programming here for a bit, have to move to my garage to work out in do to schedule. I see not too many people post here, but I’m sure lots of people are following. I"m from cape cod mass, and I’m going back to school to change careers from engineering to a health field. Anyway I’m getting back into working out from about a year off. Had some health problems, specifically lost my colon to crohns and have an ileostomy. Also overweight, as of this morning i’m 440lbs. So anyway good wod today,

first round 8:58, second 9:08, and got to 4 C&J on the last (set time cap at 30min)
