    150 Ring Push-ups
    100 Deadlifts, 37.50kg
    50 Strict Chin-ups

  • This was fine at first, but turned into an all out war with the pushups and strict chest to bar chin-ups. I did all jump ropes and dead’s in 12 min, but the pushups took almost 50 minutes. Total time: 1 hour 17 min.
