9 Air Squats

Men: Two 50-lb. Dumbbells
Women: Two 35-lb. Dumbbells

5 Rounds for time of:
Partner "A"
9 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks, 50's/35's
15 Pull-ups
21 Push-ups
27 Air Squats
Partner "B"
9 Dumbbell Clean & Jerks, 50's/35's
15 Pull-ups
21 Push-ups
27 Air Squats

Men: Two 50-lb. Dumbbells
Women: Two 35-lb. Dumbbells

*If dumbbells are not available, use a 115/75 barbell.
