100m Sandbag Carry 100/70
10 Sandbag Cleans 100/70 
100 Ft Sled Pull 135/95

*Sled pull is hand over hand with a 100 foot rope

*Cleans are ground to shoulder, squatting is not required

  • 5 + run+ 9 cleans done with 100# rubber tube sandbag in a C-bag. Supper awkward! Pulled 135# prowler with a rogue rope. Awesome workout!!!
