  • This was potent! Our sled with attachments weighs in at 142#. I added the rx’d weight.

    The latter part of the workout is a fairly easy couplet at manageable weights. Although this is true, I dropped back five pounds on the snatch to stay safe after taxing my system in the sled sprints.

  • No weight on the dog sled that’s 103lbs. Unloaded.
    Then 14:39, RX. Great little wod, took it at about 70% because of 4 lingering team series wods to go…
