EMOM for 20 minutes:
10 Burpees

*Do not pace it. Do the 10 burpees as quick as possible each minute.

  • Round 1: Ok, this is going to hurt.
    Round 2: „I could scale to 9 burpees." – „Common! You have almost 40s of rest!"
    Round 3: „Maybe I should scale." – „It’s supposed to be hard, it’s supposed to hurt. Now shut up and hammer those burpees."
    Round 4-20: Suffering.
    The hardest workout i have done recently.
