  • Thrusters done at 16:28 RX (65) including rest. Rested 3 minutes, then attempted kipping MU for 5 minutes. Some days I’ve got ‘em, some I don’t. Rest, then 10 reps of strict MU with The Ring Thing. And I didn’t look at the clock after that.
