  • I’m not sure if anyone monitors these posts, but I probably should have scaled this to be more in the 12-16 min range. This felt so heavy and taxing for me today for some reason. My lower back has felt very stiff the last few days despite recovery work and it felt the like the first thing to fatigue today.
