90 Dumbbell Thrusters

300 Double-unders
90 Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

Men: Two 50-lb. Dumbbells

    Did not feel very fast today and pull-ups felt a bit uncontrolled in the butterfly. Doubles were smooth and unbroken, though.
