5 Rounds, Not for time:
600m Run
10 Strict Press
8 Strict Pull-ups
10 Reverse Lunges, L-leg
10 Reverse Lunges, R-leg
8 Strict Knees-to-elbows


You choose load on press & lunges. Does not need to be the same load.
Do the Press with dumbbells or Kettlebells. Avoid the barbell if possible.

    600 Skipping Rope Running on Place
    10 DB Strict Press, 30kg (15kg ea.)
    8 Strict Pull-ups
    10 BB ATG Lunges, L-leg, 20kg
    10 BB ATG Lunges, R-leg, 20kg
    8 Strict Knees-to-elbows

    Excepting the Skipping Rope, all other movements were unbroken, with enough rest between the rounds and each movement.
