    30 TRX Sqt + Row (“Rowing Machine”)
    5 Burpees
    7 L-sit Chin-ups*

    I could not get a full stretch at the bottom (locked elbows and hanging) while maintaining the L-sit. It was easier to get the L-sti position at the top of the movement and hold the legs straight for as long as possible on the way down.
    I also had to break down the chin-ups in 2 to 3 Sets per round.
