Loads are based off of your 1RM Squat Clean & Jerk. Use 65% for the 1st interval, 60% for the 2nd interval & use 55% for the last interval.
                  
Injured: twisted ankle playing football
Strict Pull-ups assisted with toes.
Weights: 39, 36, 33 kg.
Times: 6:07, 5:47, 7:15.
Cleans broken 5-5-4-1, Jerks 5-5-5, 8-7, 5-5-5-5. Pull-ups 8-5-2, 5-5-5, 5-3-2-2-2-1.
Very challenging.
29’28” with the 3’ rest between rounds.
First Set – 84 Kg
Second Set – 78 Kg
Third Set – 71 Kg
This workout was very hard for me, the strict pull was 15 unbroken on the first set, in the others sets was 8/4/3, Clean always in quick singles and jerks 5/5/5 (first set), then 8/7.
