    GHD alternative. Sandbag on the feet anchoring me down. Yoga mat behind the back. 30lbs kettlebell weight.
    35lbs kettlebell devil press.
    Did 5 rounds in 30 minutes. It was around 25 minutes for the 4 rounds.
