    Ring Rows with legs on the 30 in. Box, head below parallel. Unbroken, but with pause at the bottom between last two reps of each set.
    Echo Bike sometimes easy, sometimes fast.
    Squats with two 10 kg DB, unbroken, felt harder each round.
    Candlesticks, first set tuck, other pike. I tried to do straddle, but I barely was able to do single negative.
