25m KB farmer's carry, R-arm
5 L-arm Russian KBS
25m KB farmer's carry, L-arm
1 Rope Climbs, 15 ft.

*Kettlebell Swings & Farmer's Carries are done with a single kettle using just one hand.
*Men use a 53 lbs. kettlebell & women use a 35 lbs. kettlebell.
