  • Had to modify a bit.

    I’ve been outta the gym for about two months and working in.

    So today
    2 C2B
    4 shoulder press 135#
    6 KBS 35#

    13 rounds and 2 C2B

    I could have done Nate as Rxd but it would have been a terrible outcome for me and I would have had to rest on BMU to long and the HSPU I imagine e would eat my
    Lunch right now.
