10 Handstand Push-ups
1 L-sit Rope Climb, 15 ft.


*Handstand push-ups are performed strict with a 4.5"/3" deficit
*L-sit rope climb begins seated on the floor.

    I did this one not at 100%. 23:45. Rope was tough today especially when getting tangled in my beaver hair. Hope to be better tomorrow
