  • Subbed out run with a 500 meter row due to inclement weather. Saddled up with a couple of my hombres and crushed it. Guest appearance by Stan Monawitz Jr got us all motivated. Stan Sr is recovering after smashing his head while doing a learn to skate program and gave it a shot too. Tube socks and all he gave a valiant effort. Poor guy caught his huge beak on the pull up bar and had to quit. Can’t wait for another circle jerk with these clowns
