  • RX Mary/DT- 3+5. I was losing my grip for the hang cleans.

    Forgot to look at the time for the 400m run, 30 calories row and 20 jump over rowing burpees.

    10:30 for the 3 squat clean (205lbs), 15 kettlebell swing (53lbs) and 45 DU’s.
